After both artists attend P. Reign's birthday party, speculation of a potential collab arises.
Drake and The Weeknd have excited fans of their early collaborative work after being seen at the same party over the weekend. Posts from Rap-A-Lot's J. Prince and OVO co-founder Oliver El-Khatib put both Toronto artists at P. Reign's party this weekend, which raises the optimistic question: could they be working together again?
As far as we know, Drake is still recording his More Life project, which is expected to arrive in the very near future (early 2017 is what we last heard), and a new track with Abel, who contributed extensively to Drake's 2011 album Take Care, would be a pretty incredible surprise for fans.

Within the last year, both Drake and The Weeknd have scored #1 albums on The Billboard 200 and #1 song on the Hot 100. Seeing that they're both even bigger artists than they were in the years that the first collaborated, a new track from the two would be a huge deal. Think it'll happen, or is this just wishful thinking?
